ALL OF US LOVE OUR SKIN AND ARE MORE INCLINED TOWARDS TAKING CARE OF IT BY SPENDING ON PRODUCTS THAT ARE AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING  MUCH ABOUT OUR SKIN TYPES, AND THE PRODUCT IN DETAIL.

  3. ONE MUST DRINK AT LEAST 4-5 LITERS OF WATER PER DAY THIS WILL HELP YOU IN GETTING LESS DRY AND MORE GLOWING SKIN.
  4. EAT A LOT OF FRUITS ON EMPTY STOMACH ESPECIALLY IN THE MRONING’S. YOU CAN ALSO INCLUDE RAW VEGETABLES IN YOUR DIET IN THE FORM OF SALADS.
